The problem

We already sync some usage data to HubSpot, using the current Deal start and end dates. Number of courses using Hypothesis is also a useful indicator for Product and Sales of usage and partner health - are we being used in more courses than previous, fewer courses, etc?

This data should also be available outside of HubSpot, either on the ORG dashboards or in a similar place.

Your solution

Create a view of the data that runs periodically, like our other ORG-level data, and make it available to the Hypothesis team through HubSpot and a dashboard.

We likely need a sensible definition of course usage for a given time period, like > 5 billable users or similar, to weed out experiments without student usage or test courses.
