I have a issue players can't buy any item from the store it comes out saying they don't have the person permission to use it. So apparently who makes the sign only certain items can be bought the rest need the person perms how can I fix this ?

Erm that's not true. There is one permission players need to use a sign, and then the only other thing that can interfere is a protection Plugin.
