Links to mailto: email addresses, like in Genesis Frog, are treated like normal external links and just show the fallback platform "External". They should be specially recognized, have a custom tooltip text, not get target="_blank", and have a custom mail-letter icon/pictograph (like #538).

Commentary with an email address external link hovered. The inline icon is an up-right arrow, like normal external links, and the browser tooltip text reads: External (opens in new tab).
