Tracks should show inherited cover artist credits

It seems typical for Bandcamp credits to credit an album cover's illustrators on track pages which do not have unique track art. This would be particularly useful on the wiki, where you can reasonably end up on track pages taking paths other than going to the corresponding album first.

We already show an album's art tags (#13), so this is a similar change.
