Leave

Leave management is a critical module that tracks employee time off, including sick leave, vacation, and other types of leave. The leave management module enables managers to manage and approve employee leave requests, track employee attendance, and monitor leave balances. This module automates leave-related tasks, including leave requests, approvals, and notifications, ensuring that organisations comply with their leave policies and regulations. By automating leave management, Improves efficiency, reduces paperwork, and saves time and money for organizations.

 

My Leave View

My leave view in a leave management system allows employees to access information about their assigned leave types, including the available leave days, carry forward leave days, and total leave days for each type. By clicking on the assigned leave type, employees can create a leave request by providing the necessary information. This system helps organizations effectively manage employee leave while also providing employees with an easy way to access and manage their leave entitlements.

 

  • User request creation : In my leave view of the employee, all the assigned leave types are displayed in a card view. Clicking on a specific leave type card opens a request form modal for that particular leave type. Employees can quickly create a leave request by filling out the necessary information in the request form. This feature allows for a fast and efficient way for employees to request time off.

 

My Leave Request View

In the user request view, an employee can view a list of all their leave requests that they have submitted so far. This view allows the employee to make updates or deletions to their request before it is either approved or cancelled. Essentially, it provides a way for employees to manage their leave requests easily and efficiently. This feature can help to reduce administrative burden on managers, as employees can make changes to their requests themselves rather than needing to involve a manager to make changes on their behalf. Overall, this view promotes greater autonomy and self-sufficiency for employees when it comes to managing their leave requests.  

 

Leave Type view

This  interface is used for managing leave types in a company. The interface presents a card view that displays all existing leave types, allowing users to easily browse through them. By clicking on the create button, users can add new leave types to the system.

In addition to creating new leave types, the interface also allows users to update and delete existing ones. This feature enables users to make changes to the leave types as needed and remove outdated or unused leave types from the system.

Finally, the interface provides the ability to assign leave types to employees. This functionality is essential for managing employee leave requests and ensuring that the correct leave types are being assigned to each employee based on their employment status and job responsibilities.

 

  • Leave type create button : The button is used to create new types of leaves within a leave management system. When the user clicks on this button, a new form will appear where the user can enter the details of the new leave type they wish to create.The form will typically ask for information such as the name of the new leave type, the number of days allowed, whether it is a paid or unpaid leave, and any other relevant information. Once the user has entered all the required information and submitted the form, the new leave type will be created and added to the list of available leave types within the system.
  • Leave assign one : The "Leave Type View" allows users to view all types of leaves in a card format. By clicking the three dots at the top right of the card, users can access various options such as edit, delete, and assign. Clicking on "Assign" allows users to assign that specific leave type to employees in the company directly from the leave type view. This feature provides an easy and efficient way to manage and assign leave types to employees without having to navigate to a separate section of the system.

 

Assigned leave view

This view provides an overview of all assigned leave types for all employees, allowing the user to see which types of leave have been assigned to each employee. The user can also use the "assign" button to assign multiple leave types to multiple employees at the same time, as well as update available leave days and carry forward leave days of an assigned leave type for an employee. All of these actions can be done within this view, making it a convenient and efficient way to manage employee leave types.

 

  • Assign button : The button on the assigned view allows for the efficient assignment of multiple leave types to multiple employees at the same time. This feature can streamline the leave management process, particularly for organizations with a large number of employees and a variety of leave types. Instead of manually assigning each leave type to each employee, the button enables HR or management personnel to select multiple leave types and employees simultaneously. This can save significant time and effort, allowing for a more effective and efficient use of resources.

 

  • Available leave update button :  The button is used to update the available leave days and carry forward leave days for a specific type of leave assigned to an employee. By clicking the update button, the system will automatically adjust the employee's leave entitlements based on any changes made by the HR department or management. This ensures that employees have an accurate representation of their available leave days for this specific type of leave and can plan accordingly.

 

Leave Request View

 

The leave request view is a powerful tool that allows users to manage all leave requests within a company. As an admin or reporting manager, you can view all leave requests submitted by your subordinates, and you have the ability to approve or cancel these requests as needed. Additionally, you can create, update, or delete leave requests as necessary.

To create a new leave request, simply click on the "Create Leave Request" button and fill in the necessary information. You will need to specify the dates of the leave, the type of leave (e.g. vacation, sick leave, etc.), and any other relevant details. Once you have entered all of the necessary information, click on the "Submit" button then a new leave request will be created.

Overall, the leave request view is an essential tool for managing leave requests within a company. Whether you are an admin or a reporting manager, this view provides all the information you need to manage leave requests effectively and efficiently.

This feature enables the manager to properly verify the content in the leave request and make an informed decision about whether to approve or cancel the request. This functionality streamlines the process and eliminates the need to navigate to different screens, saving time and increasing efficiency.

 

Holiday View

 

The "Holiday View" is a user interface that displays all the holidays in a company in a single list format. It allows users to easily view and keep track of upcoming holidays in the organization. Additionally, the view provides users with the ability to create new holidays by filling out relevant information such as the holiday name, date, description, and any additional notes. This functionality makes it convenient for administrators to add new holidays to the list and keep the holiday schedule up-to-date. Overall, the Holiday view is a useful tool for managing holidays in a company and ensuring that everyone is aware of upcoming holidays.

Once the information is entered, the new holiday will be added to the company's holidays list and can be viewed by all employees. Overall, the "create" button provides an easy and efficient way for companies to manage their holidays list and ensure that all employees are informed of upcoming holidays.
