Recruitment - Documents are not carried to employee page when the candidates are converted to the employees

Bug Report: Documents uploaded in the recruitment process cannot be carried to employee page

Description

Some documents are uploaded to candidates in Recruitment. When I convert them to employees, the documents should be carried to the new employees page, but the documents disappear after conversion.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a candidate in Recruitment
2. Upload documents
3. Convert the candidate to an employee
4. Check the document tab in the employee page in Emplyee.

Expected Behavior

Uploaded documents in Recruitment process should be appear in the employee page if the candidate is converted to an employee.

Actual Behavior

The documents are gone.

The requested updates has been added to the master branch. ([UPDT] RECRUITMENT: Added employee document from candidate conversion to employee)
