Bug Report: Document View Issue in Recruitment

Description

I found the new tab in the recruitment candidate and tested the function.
After uploading the document, I cannot review the document to approve/reject it.

It shows "Enter Credential" even when I check it from the super admin account.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a recruitment pipeline.
2. Create a candidate
3. Create a document and upload a file
4. Click the uploaded document

Expected Behavior

When the admin users or the document user (candidates) access the uploaded documents, the viewer should be open.

Actual Behavior

Shows the Enter Credential and even entering the credential 404 page is shown.

The document review option is updated in the master branch.

Please pull the latest code from the master and try again.
