Describe the issue you are experiencing

Same issue as described in #3305. This time, however, it affects an HP T640 Thin Client with a Ryzen Embedded R1505G CPU (Originally posted by @okh-mzny in #3305 (comment)) and a Lenovo ThinkCentre M715q with a Ryzen 5 2400GE (Originally posted by @MYF540 in #3305 (comment)).
Just reported this Issue because the other one is already closed.

Ryzen 5 2400GE

What operating system image do you use?

generic-x86-64 (Generic UEFI capable x86-64 systems)

What version of Home Assistant Operating System is installed?

Did the problem occur after upgrading the Operating System?

Yes

Steps to reproduce the issue

Try to install or update newer versions of HA on mentioned bare metal.
