GE/Jasco 1274/ZW3003 (z wave) dimmer switches are connected to my Home Assistant instance running on a Raspberry Pi 4. Most, if not all, manual actuations of my three switches do not get reflected in Home Assistant. All changes initiated through the HA UI and automations are accurately reflected. It would appear that unsolicited changes in state of these devices are not getting to HA or HA is not processing these correctly. The Z-Wave JS folks have confirmed that the driver is seeing manual changes.
The issue is not with the devices themselves. I have used them previously on a VERA Edge hub and they worked fine there.
What version of Home Assistant Core has the issue?
core-2022.2.5
What was the last working version of Home Assistant Core?
these z wave devices have never worked properly when manually actuated
What type of installation are you running?
Home Assistant Supervised
Integration causing the issue
I do not believe this is a z wave integration issue. That has been checked.
Hey there @home-assistant/z-wave, mind taking a look at this issue as it has been labeled with an integration (zwave_js) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks! (message by CodeOwnersMention)
