Thank you for the report. This is not a known issue and certainly not intended behaviour. Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the problem. Is there an error message? Can you start Please note that the WhatsApp credentials are stored in the purple home directory, but in a non-standard location which might be blocked by security mechanisms such as AppArmor. In the debug log, there should be a line like |

The plugin seems to work when I add the account for the first time, but when I kill pidgin and restart it, it will not log back into WhatsApp. Is this a known issue? If it helps at all, I'm using Ubuntu 22.04 with the nightly built binary on Pidgin 2.14.8.
