API keys message is too obtrtusive

lovely except that help message about the API keys is too obtrusive.

If i do spotify --help it ends up eating all of my screen real estate, leaving very little room for the actual commands.

I think that particular message needs should only appear in very short form by default,
with the long form being shown if/when the user has actually run a command that requires setting up the API keys (which it already does).

Thoughts? i can patch it up in a PR probs
