Apend two OBIS Values used by ISK MT691

Helpful tool to get an structured overview about the received data.
I've tested and added two lines in smldump.pl for hash "my %obis", just 4 values are sent.

New, MT691 uses different OBIS Values for Seriennummer & Hersteller-Identifikation:
"\x01\x00\x60\x01\x00\xFF" => "Seriennummer aus 96.1.0",
"\x01\x00\x60\x32\x01\x01" => "Hersteller-Id aus 96.50.1",

Those are identical.
"\x01\x00\x01\x08\x00\xFF" => "Zaehlwerk pos. Wirkenergie (Bezug), tariflos",
"\x01\x00\x10\x07\x00\xFF" => "Aktuelle Wirkleistung gesamt",
