OODV3 Scaling behavior appears incorrect

Reported by Emily LawrenceManasvitamight have mentioned something similar earlier. At 100% scale, at least on Emily's laptop screen, the text doesn't fit well on the pinned apps, and the "My Interactive Sessions" menu is minimized to only show the icon for it.Looks like the switch occurs at 1460 pixels browser widthWhile at 90% scale things fit much nicer:

I asked about this on Feb 14 2024 and Aday said this is not simple, finding the right width to collapse navigation text to icons will be different for different organizations depending on what text they have in the navigation bar?

The UI is designed to drop the text and transition to icons at a certain screen width.
The side effect here is that on some screens the user will see the difference in the display.

This issue was evaluated in the 📄Sid Stakeholders Requests Backlog.

• It has been categorized as being work related to our Harvard Instance of OOD.
• This means that it will result in dev or operations work to enhance our local instance of OOD.
• It does not appear to be a feature or improvement that will end up in the OSC OOD codebase.

This issue will not move forward as a new development request.
It will be left in 📄Sid Stakeholders Requests Backlog to make it easy for the requester to track it.
It will be copied to the internal team devOps backlog: hmdc-DevOpsProjects queue and be prioritized and worked there.
This is not a guarantee that this will be executed.
