Proper icons for Mine and Special Weapon in the Engineering screen #2

Currently these are using the Torpedo and Silence icons repectively as placeholders - ideally dedicated and more appropriate ones should be made.

Ideas:

Mine:
- Picture of a mine (yes, I know, very imaginitive)
Special Weapon:
- combination of all the possible special weapons in one icon? could get a bit busy...

Please feel free to make suggestions or submit potential icons for discussion.
