Add iOS builds

It has been requested from the community to add iOS builds for the C++ SDK. These ideally should be added as CMake presets like we already have for macos-arm64, windows-x64, and linux-x64. A way to actually test these builds will also need to be found and added.

Update:

• The IOS build has been created
• The next step in the process is to test the IOS build on mobile devices
• Not unit test or integration tests have taken place
• No simulated device testing has taken place
• We will need to procure a service to test on the mobile device

Latest update: the developers that requested this do not appear to need it anymore (at least for the time being), so this work will not be merged until it is needed again. I currently have a helpdisk ticket out to protect the branch that contains this work.
