I think the council voting process is allowing voting with funds reserved for ID processes. My main account has 558EDG in with with 21 reserved (a main identity and several sub-identities). I was "allowed" to vote with 550EDG in the council election, but that seems to have left my account with no (possibly a negative) transferable balance.
When calculating the maximum amount to vote with, I suspect the council vote processes is ignoring either all ID reserved EDG, or at least the sub-ID reserved amount? If it's just the sub-IDs this is a REALLY minor issue since almost no-one is using those.
Let me know if this is a pallet bug that I should raise elsewhere, please.
