Description

#8015 adds pagination to comments and their reply hierarchy structure. With this newer approach, we cannot highlight a specific comment using URL/link share, if that comment is deeply nested in a reply hierarchy, or if it's a parent-level comment not yet loaded by the pagination params.

This ticket is about finding a way to correctly highlight a comment that falls in the above mentioned categories.
