'git lfs pull' not work

When I install face_detection with code: 'git lfs pull'.
My pycharm told me 'batch response: This repository is over its data quota. Account responsible for LFS bandwidth should purchase more data packs to restore access.'
How can I fix this.

I have read elsewhere that downloading the repo as .zip solves this. I cannot confirm it works though.

Unfortunately not the case. You can find the pretrained models that are referenced in the repo in the README, but the links to those repos also have broken download links.
