integrate with telegram

• notifications to telegram:
  -> create chat per button if public
  -> send all feed activity to telegram private chat..?! (including send private message from helpbuttons to telegram )
  -> the user that creates the buttons needs to decide how-to receive notifications
  -> how do we deal with private buttons?!

have possibility to be notified also by email
