The net 0, must be created by default, and allow customization in admin user config section. So there's always a net available.

Make sense also that can't be deleted

ok, in the future we make some wizard screens to configure this network! @watchoutfreedom this should happen when the first user is created.. because i need an owner for the network 0! :)
