Optimizer App Installer tries to open all files in selected Downloads folder instead of opening the downloaded ones

Describe the bug
As mentioned in the issue title, Optimizer's app installer tries to open all files (including the downloaded files) in the selected folder. I have some files in my downloads folder. Suppose I want to download the installers to my Downloads folder. Optimizer will download them, but instead of opening them only, it opens everything in the Downloads folder.

Expected behavior
It should keep track of the files that it downloaded and open it only.
