Transfer Hotspot not working

When I start the transfer the receiver gets a notification as shown in the image but when I click the "view transaction" button nothing happens.
I have tried to redownload my app and log in again but it didn`t help.

  • Device: [Samsung galaxy A52]

  • App Version [v 4.2.1]
