Literature module links

Lots of off-site links to Internet Archive, Google Books, etc. This will have some structure, eg. be grouped by fiction, nonfiction, poetry, etc. Something prettier than lists would be great.

The spreadsheet containing the literature information is here:
P:\docsouth\Dusenbery\modules\Literature\texts.xls
The sheet is broken into tabs - one tab for each group of texts.
Also, we don't need to list the source site name (for example Google Books) next to each title. I think I'd rather write up a separate note that can live at the bottom of the page explaining our net sources. I think that will be less cluttered.
