Describe the bug
Radio bot (and perhaps? other clients) are muted when the plugin was disabled and then the server joined.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Setup: Radio bot playing something in the fgcom-mumble channel
Open mumble client, don't join server
Deactivate plugin in "settings"
join Server and the channel
Observe silence where there should be ~~light~~ sound
Close and reopen mumble, join the channel and hear sound

Expected behavior

Disable plugin
Join channel
Hear stuff
