Header item dropdown doesn't close automatically after upgrade to PF 5

You can reproduce the issue by running yarn start and just opening the Example 3 header menu dropdown. I remember that with PF 4 the opened dropdown automatically closed when the user clicked elsewhere. Now it keeps open.

Also, I wouldn't like the border with the header item menu. I remember it used to be no border (plain) just like the default user menu at the top right corner. Could you remove the border as well along with fixing the issue?
