This functionality has never been used, and will likely never be used. Adding a project currently requires a new Perl module so IDK why these stubs were ever put in place.

  • Remove CRMS#AddProject
  • Remove q=addProject in cgi/getProjectInfo
  • Remove JavaScript function addProject in cgi/projects.tt
