Description

On a straight road, a NPC is approaching the ego from back with a faster speed. But the ego won't avoid by accelerating, causing a rear-end collision to happen.

In this scenario, there is no obstacle ahead of the ego, so it shoud be able to accelerate to avoid the rear-end collision.
