Why is ReqBody "always required"? #1468

(As said in the documentation.)

There is ReqBody and ReqBody' (similar to header), but ReqBody is always required -- even if no Required modifier is specified.

Found two previous issues:

an old one here Optional request body #793 seems to indicate that optional body is now possible, while
this one Optional ReqBody does not wrap it’s type into Maybe #1346 makes it seem like it's not
