Add Worker Tasks to the permission modal

Problem description

Currently, we have both the features : Worker Tasks and Roles & Permissions available in Guardian, but we do not have any control on the Worker Tasks feature and is available for all the users. Hence, it would be good to implement some control system to it.

Requirements

We need to add Worker Tasks option in the Roles & Permissions so that it can controlled for any users including SR as well.

Adding Worked Tasks as one of the option in Roles & Permissions

Acceptance criteria

What are the criteria by which we determine if the issue has been resolved?
