Add tooltip to the icon #54

Its good to have a tooltip to the icons, so user get to know about the icon. Also there should be a link icon to Github repo on the project.

If this needs to be enhanced I would like to work on this issue.

I think the tooltip issue has already been addressed. However, on the main site, the tooltips are not appearing.

The issue has been open since March, kindly inform me if that change fixes the issue or should I work on it.

Hey @vasantisuthar, I am not the PA or Mentor. I am also a contributor and I myself did the tooltip code and it got merged on the main site. Hey @vedant-jain03, can you please look into it?
