Handling of discount coupon codes with spaces #459

Discount codes with spaces are accepted while creating them. They should not be allowed during the form validation.

TBD: For discount codes that already exist with one or more spaces in them, should we let them be or handle them?

There should not be any existing discount codes with a space as they won't be usable. We have noticed each time and fixed the code.
