I sent an email but never heard back. Wanted to let you know there are dead links on the JunctionSeq home page. For example, all of the links in the following paragraph are not behaving properly:
One major advantage of JunctionSeq over other similar tools is that it provides a powerful automated tools for generating readable and interpretable plots and tables to facilitate the interpretation of the results. An example results report is available here. An example set of browser tracks from this same dataset is available here, which uses this trackhub.

Sorry for the slow response, it took me a while to track down the issue.
It looks like Dropbox changed how public folders work. I'm going to have to
find a new host for this data. I'll start looking around.
