Site is not in Wayback Machine Archive

I'm getting the following error on sites that I I've previously downloaded. I was trying to get changes. I tried limiting it to only a newer timestamp, and that didn't work, so I also tried with only the website name to make sure it wasn't an issue with the options. When I go to the wayback machine website, there's almost 3K times that it's been backed up listed.

Getting snapshot pages. found 0 snaphots to consider.

No files to download.
Possible reasons:
