github permission denied

When I attempt to clone github, I get:
$ git clone [email protected]:harris-ippp/hw-1-rarpss1217.git
Cloning into 'hw-1-rarpss1217'...
Permission denied (publickey).
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

Have you set up the the ssh keys? In particular, have you done the last bullet of the preliminaries:

in particular the two linked instructions:

Ah, I see. You know what I did? I clicked on the detailed instructions for
the windows install, but then never returned and finished the preliminaries
list.
