Confusions about the basecalling labels

Excuse me:
I'm a beginner in nanopore signal processing, and I want to extract the labels of basecalling to train and test my model. I turned to the 'readme' and find that it is required to use raw.py to extract labels from the re-squiggled fast5, while the tombo-resquiggle now is not accessible.
I want to know if there are other applications recommended to extract the labels, or would you mind giving me any advice on it ?
