Workflows assigned to folders aren't being assigned on new server #5

Currently the script does not account for workflows attached to folders. The workflows will only copy over if they are assigned to an asset factory, but they will not be assigned to folders once copied over. I'm working on a solution using the readWorkflowSettings() and editWorkflowSettings() operations.
