A couple of feature requests that bring the iOS simulator features:
Alt (instead of shift) could be the key that brings up multi-touch (small request).
After bringing up multiple touches, hitting a second modifier (in iOS, it's shift) will have the multiple touches track together instead of rotating around a point. In other words, when you enter this second mode, both touches travel up and down, left and right, together.
As soon as you hit the "multitouch" modifier key, multiple touches should show up, without having to wait for a "move".
