Cat-datetime does not set required validator to "children"

When using the cat-datetime wrapper with a formcontrol that is using the required validator, it does not set the required properly to the cat-date and cat-time components that we need to use when using this component. It seems that using either cat-date or cat-time alone it does not have the same issue.
