Implement changes to ACTION modals to match style guide

Overview

Change all the ACTION modals on the website to match the approved designs for modals.

Action Items

For each of the action modals in the document(linked in resources), change the design to match the suggested styles by the design team. The action modals are marked by a "A" before the modal name.

• Change the following modals:
  • CSV Modal - 1
  • CSV Modal - 2
  • Duplicate Project Modal
  • Convert to Snapshot Modal
  • Rename Snapshot Modal (Note: the text on this modal will change, see Changing text on modals to match the new modal designs #1984 )
• Review with product and dev. Update if needed based on feedback
• Once finalized, add before and after images to the staging deck on this slide
  • if no slide has been made, make one in the staging deck
• Get Stakeholder sign-off via the stakeholder meeting slide deck.
