Overview

Bonnie wants to start including pitch sessions for sr engineers during the onboardings.

Action Items

Add onboarding dates to Engineering calendar
Draft a sign-up sheet with requirements for pitches
Review with Bonnie to make sure this is exactly what she wants
Make updates if needed
Link sign-up sheet to Engineering Open Positions board with directions
Notify PM channel of where they can sign-up
Reach out to PMs who have posted already and ask them to sign-up for a slot
Create maintenance plan for this list/set up reminders

Resources/Instructions

Two pitches per onboarding
Scheduled for 7:15-8:00, with 5 min pitches and then room for Q&A after
Speakers will need admin to add them to 1Password for the meeting
