URLs in vote description page not working #6

The external URLS (like that in http://vote.hackerdojo.com/issue/3fuixqsm6o75d09rphzagecvtwnyk8l41b2j) is not working

I believe this is happening because the original entry was missing the "http://" portion of the URL.

(There is little to no validation on the input data for the purchase voting, which is the core issue.)
