Project license is unclear

Hi,

I'm working on a captive portal setup for the small educational institution where I work, and I'd like to be able to base some parts of it on what you've created. However, there's no license on this repo that I can find, so I don't know if I'm allowed to and under what conditions.

Is it possible to add a license to the repo, or in the case that I've missed it, point me to where I could find the license?
