feature request: Bring Automated package builds to on-prem Builder

As a user of an on-prem builder, I want the same ability that I have on public builder for my public plans to be automatically built and published, so that I don’t need to introduce more complex services and tooling to accomplish the same thing.

In my current enterprise, we have to go through many layers of security, program management buy-in, "red-tape" before we can use new tooling. Since we have adopted bldr, it would be nice if this automation can be brought to on-prem bldr so we don't have to try to convince our management of using other tooling for our automation.
