Feature request : possibility to change background color of text area + adding marging

Hi,
Now when you want a background color for a text area, you need to draw a rectangle behind this text area. I would be an real improvement if we can choose directly the background color in the text area parameters and fix margin size in order the text doesn't "stick" the border.
