App does not work

Hello all,
So everything was working fine in the morning, installed the "Scrolling Combat Text" but it crushed the game after awhile, tried multiple times. Then went to remove the addon from the "GW2 Addon Manager" but it didn't let me and then started to popup this github api (403) error.

So I deleted the app and reinstalled it, same thing, even installed an older version (GW2-UOAOM-v1.4.2) same issue, just different text.

Since then I can't use the addon app at all, but the addons in-game do work and the game does not crush as I removed the SCT addon manually.
Plus there's a bug where you can't disable or remove addons via the manager.

I think that the developers have dropped support for the time being.

This problem occurs if you open the program too often since it accesses the github website. Github blocks that after a certain amount, so you get that error. You can only wait for some time (2 hours maybe?) and retry.
