May I suggest adding a label to your implementation table for "uses Unsafe"?
Perhaps a remark in the comments section is enough. Alternatively, an attributes list or new column.
I suspect that what one can learn from these implementations — in terms of understanding how to optimise — is very different from Unsafe to safe Java. Many codebases ban the use of Unsafe.
