SYNOPSIS

Adds a publishing page layout

SYNTAX

Add-PnPPublishingPageLayout -SourceFilePath <String>
                            -Title <String>
                            -Description <String>
                            -AssociatedContentTypeID <String>
                            [-DestinationFolderHierarchy <String>]
                            [-Web <WebPipeBind>]
                            [-Connection <SPOnlineConnection>]

Uploads the pagelayout 'customlayout.aspx' to the current site as a 'web part page' pagelayout
