In the world of talent acquisition, the recruitment process wrestles with challenges like extensive research, misleading resumes, and biased hiring. Meanwhile, existing ATS software falls short in assessing applicants' cognitive abilities, leaving a crucial aspect uncharted. Also, Outdated educational tools give rise to a skill gap, forcing candidates to resort to unethical practices.

Can we craft a streamlined and innovative solution to forge a fair and effective hiring path?

Resume Parsing:
The tool starts by parsing the candidate's resume, extracting relevant information such as skills, education, work experience, and projects.

Link Extraction:
Identify and extract links to external profiles from the resume, such as GitHub, LinkedIn, personal websites, or any other specified platforms.

Profile Scrapping:
Utilize web scraping techniques to extract detailed technical information from the linked profiles. For GitHub, this might include repositories, contributions, and programming languages used. For LinkedIn, it could involve skills endorsements, projects, and endorsements from colleagues.

Natural Language Understanding (NLU):
Apply NLU to understand the context and sentiment of the information extracted. This could involve identifying key projects, technologies, and achievements.

Technical Insight Generation:
Generate a detailed technical insight report based on the parsed resume and the information scraped from external profiles. This report could include a summary of the candidate's technical skills, proficiency level, notable projects, and contributions.

Keyword Highlighting:
Highlight relevant technical keywords and phrases to make it easier for the recruiter to identify key strengths and areas of expertise.

Comparison Metrics:
Provide metrics for comparison, such as the candidate's proficiency in certain programming languages compared to industry standards, or the popularity and impact of their GitHub repositories.
