com.groupon.seleniumgridextras.grid.proxies.SetupTeardownProxy is broken with new grid release #418

If I run selenium grid extra with

"proxy": "com.groupon.seleniumgridextras.grid.proxies.SetupTeardownProxy",

nodes fails to register with grid
If I remove it and replace it with below and use

  "proxy": "org.openqa.grid.selenium.proxy.DefaultRemoteProxy",

grid nodes launch fine and get register to hub. @smccarthy grid extra is broken with new selenium gris 3.14 release. Can you pls fix it?
