Unable to insert Book Template

Hi, new here.
My Book Template does will not insert in a new or existing note. The information I get is: "Unable to insert template, the properties in the template file could not be read"
I have installed and updated the plugins mentioned in the template. I am using obsidian version 1.5.8

Can you help me point in the direction what I need to fix to get it to work?
